About

Event production with character.

Our Story is in the Work.

Equinox was born in the mountains of Vermont with a simple idea: event production could be better. Better tech, yes, but also a better experience for our clients. In an industry of black boxes and backstage crews, we bring a hospitality mindset to a tech-heavy world. We believe how you get there matters just as much as the final result.

We're based in Manchester, Vermont. Our work takes us across New England and beyond. Same crew, same standard — whether it's a museum gala or a resort wedding or a Friday afternoon conference call that turned into something bigger than expected.

The Equinox Process

A great event doesn't happen by accident. It's the result of a disciplined, collaborative process. Here's how we ensure success from the first call to the final curtain.

01 — Discovery and Design
It all starts with listening. We learn your goals, your audience, and your vision — then design a technical solution that fits your event, not a template.
02 — Pre-Production and Prep
We visit the venue, test every piece of equipment, coordinate with your other vendors, and build a run-of-show before the first guest arrives.
03 — Show Day
We arrive early, set up quietly, and run every cue. When something unexpected happens — and it usually does — we solve it before you know there was a problem.
04 — Post-Event Debrief
Within a week we follow up — what worked, what we'd change, what we learned. Not a sales call. Just a conversation so the next one is better.

Every event we've produced started with one phone call. Let's have ours.
