Weddings and Private Celebrations

The 'Invisible' Production Team.

Your wedding isn't a tech demo. Speakers stay behind florals when we can help it. Cables get color-matched gaff. Guests should notice the vows and the room — not the stands.

From processional to last song we're on the cues: audio, lighting looks, playback. Feedback isn't a personality trait. Scrambling isn't the brand.

It starts with the venue and the timeline

Every wedding is different. Some couples want a simple ceremony mic and a dance floor. Others want uplighting, video projection for toasts, and a live band with full sound reinforcement. We start by listening to your vision, understanding your venue, and designing a custom solution that fits your style and budget.

We visit the venue in advance, take measurements, and coordinate with your planner, photographer, and videographer. We create a detailed timeline so everyone knows when the first dance happens, when the toasts begin, and when the cake gets cut. That planning is how we keep show day calm.

"Weddings shift. We plan for that, so you can stay with your guests and your day, not with the gear."

Show day

On your wedding day, we arrive hours before your guests. We're setting up speakers, running cables, testing microphones, and programming lighting cues. When you walk down the aisle, we're ready. When your best man stands to give a toast, the microphone is already in his hand.

We work in close coordination with your DJ or band, ensuring their equipment integrates cleanly with ours. We coordinate with your videographer to provide clean audio feeds. We communicate with your planner via headset so transitions happen on cue. And when the night is over, we pack up quietly while your guests are still dancing.

How we show up

We dress for the room, we're decent to your guests, and we treat the venue with respect. We arrive on time, stay until the job is done, and leave the space cleaner than we found it.

Weddings are high-stakes. We bring backup for anything critical, do sound checks with your musicians, and walk the timeline with your planner.

What we've learned matters: clear vows, clean transitions, and a dance floor that stays packed.

Discreet Ceremony Audio
Vows heard clearly at every seat. Wireless microphones for officiant, readers, and musicians.
Reception Lighting Design
Custom uplighting, pin spots, and lighting looks that stay with the room as the night moves.
Band and DJ Support
Sound systems sized for the band or DJ — coordinated so entertainment and speeches don't fight each other.
Toast and Speech Audio
Wireless microphones for toasts, speeches, and announcements — so the people in the back hear them too.
Photo and Video Displays
Share memories on elegant displays. Slideshows, video messages, and special presentations for your guests.
Dance Floor Lighting
Dynamic lighting programmed to your music and timeline, keeping the energy right all night long.

How Pricing Works.

We don't publish starting-at prices. Here's why.

A wedding for 60 in a backyard isn't the same job as a wedding for 200 in a historic barn. A ceremony with a string trio isn't the same as one with a band and a dance floor that runs until 11. Pricing a job honestly means looking at your venue, your guest count, your program, and what actually has to happen for your night to go the way you've pictured it.

What we will promise: the proposal we send you is itemized, transparent, and complete. Equipment, crew, hours, travel — every line. No hidden fees, no day-of surprises. If there's a way to do your wedding for less without compromising the moments that matter most to you, we'll name it. If doing it right costs more than you hoped, we'll tell you that too, before you've committed to anything.

The discovery call takes about 30 minutes. By the end of it, you'll have a clear sense of whether we're the right fit — and a ballpark range to work with long before any paperwork shows up.
