Mack Molding cafeteria in Arlington set for the Global Town Hall, with two wall displays, a Mack backdrop, a camera, and the tech table.
Mack Molding — Arlington, VT — September 1, 2026

The plants aren’t all in one building. The town hall still had to feel like one room.

Mack Molding’s Global Town Hall on September 1, 2026 was how the company put its locations in the same meeting.  People sat in the cafeteria at 608 Warm Brook Road in Arlington.  The rest of the team joined on Teams.  They heard what the company had accomplished, and they could ask questions.  Speakers included the CEO and several members of their executive team.

We loaded in the day before.  The cafeteria already had wall monitors; those carried the slides.  Two 4K PTZ cameras on tripods in the back of the room covered the presenters and the audience.  A Blackmagic Television Studio HD switched between the graphics laptops, playback, and cameras.  A broadcast laptop composited the picture and sent it to Teams so remote plants saw the same program as the people in the chairs.

At the tech table we ran a Yamaha DM3 into two 12-inch speakers.  Two wireless handhelds — we added the second onsite.  A 43-inch confidence monitor rolled in for the presenters so they weren’t looking over their shoulders at the wall.  D’San Perfect Cue for slides.  Black drape around the table so the meeting looked like a meeting.  The job was to keep Arlington and the rest of Mack in the same conversation, and to stay out of the way while leadership talked.
