They brought the gala back. Three screens in the barn.

On Tuesday, September 17, 2024, Northshire Day School brought the Harvest Moon Gala back to the Celebration Barn at the Inn at Manchester, after twenty years off.  The evening was cocktails, a silent auction, and dinner. Dave Domenick played guitar through the cocktail hour, and The Don’t Leave Band played after that.

We set three 75-inch monitors on rolling stands and spent the afternoon converting their pictures into loops, so the screens held the school while people moved through the barn.  Twelve color-changing uplights washed the wood.  One wireless handheld was there when the room needed a voice.  Doors were at 5:30, and we were struck by 10.

Later nights in this barn are 2025 and 2026.
